使用內涂層防蠟油管前后對比照片

內涂層防蠟油管內表面有特殊涂層，表面光滑，非極性表面，降低粘附力，蠟晶不易著床，隨液流帶出井筒，延長油管清防蠟周期，達到防蠟效果。

涂層性能：

1）首先是防腐蝕，避免形成銹蝕壁面著床點。

2）光滑表面，促使形成紊流邊界層，即液流沖刷動能大于沉積吸附力。

3）非極性表面（雙疏性，低表面能，不粘性），降低粘附力，著床后易被沖掉，隨液流帶出井筒。

防蠟內涂層加工適合所有規格尺寸的新油管。
